Your membership card can be used at more than 500,000 providers nationwide, including general practitioners and specialists representing over 130 specialties, as well as over 55,000 participating pharmacies including just about every major pharmacy chain from CVS to Walgreens.
About My Membership Card
The membership card will give you access to all of the program services. Your card shows the primary member's first and last name including the household member names, the group number, and identification number. The card also has the logos and phone numbers of all the services your plan includes for quick references. Children and household members are eligible for services within the plan without age limit, although some exceptions apply. Your cards are mailed out immediately after enrollment so that you do not have a long waiting period before you can begin using the services included in your plan.
